Global Response is a family business that spans in generations. Our dedication extends beyond our walls - and beyond business hours. We truly operate as a family business. Our founder Herman Shooster serves as the Chairman. He plays a role in every department, where his 50 years of business experience inspires us all as our Consultant-in -Chief, but he has relinquished management to his four children: Frank, Michael, Stephen and Wendy, who serve as co-CEOs. Some people find it amazing that four siblings could work together as co-CEOs without a ‘boss’ and yet it works. Our business is strong and growing with a solid financial footing.

We give each other plenty of latitude to manage our respective departments, where we each have special expertise, but invites input from each other. Our spouses report to the board as a whole, but we all try to work by consensus, and take a vote when we can’t. We can have spirited differences at times (like any group of thinking people) but once a policy is established we all become ‘ good soldiers’— not only for the good of the family, but for the good of our extended family of employees, clients, and vendors
